This company is wholesome, everything I've ordered has arrived well packaged and as described, the teapot was gorgeous and I quickly contacted them to buy another from the same artist. The support squad was willing to help me with Chinese-English translations and helping me find my desired craftsman, it was assuring to know they wanted me to fully understand the products and information.
