Don't waste your money
First order of 4 images, came out great so I ordered again for family Christmas presents. They came out horrible! Reached out for a resolution and none was offered. No reprint, no refund. They tried to say it matched the photo I sent. Such bull. Specifically because I already had a version of the same photo printed with them and that one didn't have the issue. But the three additional I ordered all look distorted and blurry. Obviously can't give these as Christmas gift so now I'm stuck with them because they lack any accountability for their crappy product. Don't waste your money with them, if you don't like the poor quality of the product you receive your stuck with it! Buyer beware
