Same old terrible service
Haven’t ordered from game in years after a previous bad experience, however kids wanted some Pokemon cards and only place it was in stock. Ordered two booster bundles, got a cancellation on one with lots of t&c’s but not clearly stated when I would get my refund. After scrawling their FAQ it’s 3-5 days. Maybe lead with when you are going to return customers money. The one box I did have dispatched was crushed to pieces and cards bent and destroyed. Their customer service is so awful that I would rather swallow the £25 loss than have to deal with them in anyway. Should have stuck to my guns and not ordered from any Mike Ashley owned business, but lesson learnt again! I would love to say that these reviews would help give feedback to improve their customer service but we are all smart enough to know it will do nothing, and only way to actually stop businesses like this, is to stop giving them our money, annoyed that I handed over cash but guess it’s the perils of parental guilt!
