Pretty good service overall but

Pretty good service overall but there is still some room for improvement. From a personal point of view I can honestly say that, in the main, the people at C&C are extremely helpful if problems do arise. They are not alone when it comes to keyboard bidders and they do their best to resolve issues. But it is ultimately down to people who just ignore the rules. I know that C&C are changing things in an attempt to reduce issues of non paying bidders.

Pretty good service and quality overall

We have been using Donald Russell for a few years and are pretty satisfied with the service and quality. We can recommend the individual beef wellington, fillet tails, the beef madras and chicken tikka Marsala and many other products. Would not recommend the langoustine tails🙁. Too fiddly and not worth the effort. One failing is the lack of Air Fryer cooking times! These are becoming very common, so DR are missing a trick. All in all an excellent service but I wish they could find a better packaging material….Expanded polystyrene is not my favourite……
