So I finally received the test package, and an email apology ( after my review obviously). Have sent back the required hair sample, and I wait...and wait
If I could rate a zero I would. 14 days since payment was taken from my bank, nothing... repeated emails to them ... no response, terrible customer service. I have never written a review before but I’m seriously unhappy. Have requested a refund... guess what? No response
