Disappointed and Frustrated - Not What I Expected from a Luxury Brand

When I ordered my watch a year ago, I was genuinely excited. It was meant to be a special birthday gift - something timeless, elegant, and reliable. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from what I expected from a luxury watchmaker in this price category. After only a year, the watch started losing time — by at least 15 minutes. While the service team initially addressed the issue, the same problem resurfaced just six months later. What followed was even more disappointing: despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls over a span of four weeks, I received no response from the account team. Mr. Tekle, who was supposed to get back to me within 1–2 business days, never followed up. I ultimately had to go through the sales department just to get him to respond regarding the service status. And after that - nothing. This level of after-sales service and communication does not reflect the standards I expect from a luxury brand. As much as I had looked forward to becoming a loyal customer, I’m now seriously considering taking my future business elsewhere.
