My experience with Great Jones has been good so far but they can do much better too. However, I really appreciate the support and response from Mr. Matt (who is the handyman and Maintenance personal from Great Jones, in North Charlotte area of NC). He is always there for the homeowners, especially when you are really in need and have no way to go. He is very hard working and very quick in responding to issues and does not hesitate to go beyond normal duties to meet customer needs and ensure they are fully satisfied. Keep up the good work Matt ! May God Bless you and your family !
