Fast resolution and helpful support
I had an issue with my order arriving incomplete, but the support team at Spartan handled everything smoothly. I initially reached out and provided photos of what I received, and they responded quickly and professionally. Joan, Diana, and Mhyca were all involved at different points and each of them communicated clearly and helped move the process forward. They acknowledged the issue and arranged to send the missing items free of charge without unnecessary back and forth. Once I confirmed the solution, they followed through and I did receive the missing items as promised. I appreciate that the issue was resolved easily and that the support team stayed responsive throughout. Overall, I’m satisfied with how everything was handled and would consider ordering again based on this experience.
