Delivery Dates and Tracking
I've never had such terrible delivery date estimates from any other delivery company. On one recent delivery, I was given a scheduled delivery date. I signed up for all ongoing delivery updates, including delivery exceptions, and delivery made. I received one update, of the scheduled delivery date. Then a Changed Delivery date for 2 days after the first date. No further updates came. On the website, I tracked the delivery from Massachusetts, to Kentucky, to Glendale AZ and then finally to Phoenix, the city where it was to be delivered. The day before the scheduled delivery date, the package was back in Kentucky! The website then listed the date as Pending, and Manage Delivery Options was not available, and Try Again Later. (It never became available.) The package was finally delivered, 5 days past the second Scheduled Delivery Date, and I received a "Delivered" notice 6 hours after it was delivered. This same exact scenario happened with a second package.
