Worst experience regarding customer service in my life.
I placed an order on the 14th of December and I have still not received it, I paid $30 for express delivery. I sent an email regarding cancelling the order & having it refunded. I got one response which asked what I would like to add to the order even though I didn't request to add something; I requested a refund. Regardless of my request, I have had multiple emails ignored. I called Off Ya Tree, the polite & understanding employee told me that I had to email TBS & there is someone hired specifically for emails. When I explained the situation to the OYT employee, he was at just as much of a loss as to what to do...so even when I spoke to that employee (who was clearly capable of good customer service,) I still had a terrible experience due to the employee's lack of knowledge; **WHICH ISN'T HIS FAULT.** I'm $130 out of pocket with nothing to show for it, nor any clue whatsoever as to the location of my order; 42 days & counting.
