Disappointment
While I understand that you are not liable for the work achieved by DHL, the partnership you have with them still makes you accountable for the overall service. As such, I was sincerely disappointed when I received my luggages today. In fact, they came back to me damaged, from the outside and the inside, and to be honest I am not entirely surprised as I saw first hand how they were handled during pick up. Nevertheless, I chose your service due to a recommendation and trusted the process. Even more considering the amount I paid to have my bags and bike sent over. Yet, the service did not live to both my expectation and the recommendation. This is unfortunate.
