Selling Fake Products And Bad Experience
I ordered a Creed Aventus from Culture Circle (INR 24,250) and the product I received has clear signs of being counterfeit - plastic cap instead of metal, sticker batch code instead of embossed, wrongly mapped batch code, poor label quality. I have full unboxing video evidence and side-by-side comparisons with a genuine bottle. I’ve emailed the support team, shared evidence on WhatsApp, and even filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but it’s been a week with no real response. At this point I have messaged atleast 3 Whatsapp numbers from culture circle, emailed them, reached out to founders on instagram, publicly added comments on their posts but it’s clear they do not care. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
