Distinctly poor service

Distinctly poor service, let down my restaurant on New Years Eve and New Years Day, resulting in losses of £250 over two nights alone. Invoiced for losses and am yet to see proper return, area manager for Falmouth Cornwall Tom Foulk entirely to blame. When I made complaint of these let downs he told me he wasn't able to provide the service I required, considering the service I require is punctual drivers and efficiently staffed teams, I don't think that's too much to expect from a company that decided to raise it's commission fees on the disappointing night in question.
