The service went somewhat well, there were ups and downs
The service went well, but I found the communication with the company quite difficult. My luggage did not get picked up on the day it was supposed to and it was extremely hard to reach the company in order to fix it, because their phone service was always busy and nobody responded to my e-mails. This was quite anxiety-inducing. Eventually, I got through to a customer service agent who was very kind and quickly fixed the issue. My luggage then got picked up and the rest of the service went well, my luggage even arrived much earlier. I have mixed feelings but am sure this was more of an isolated incident.
