Direct Travel's disastrous support team.

First time using Direct Travel. My wife suffered a broken ankle. It took IMG 10 days to arrange a flight home, as they don't work the weekends. They asked if my wife could be driven home...The IMG representative arrived and didn't speak French. We had to fly my son out to accompany his mother, as the representative had two bags and couldn't help my wife. Rightpath Claims said details are "lost" and I had to resubmit. Despite verbal promises, it was a nightmare. This Company will destroy Direct Travel's reputation. Eventually after 4 months was paid the wrong amount. I am raising the whole sorry tale with the FCA. Case Ref 130862. Claim no Z439280. No doubt I'll be told they are very sorry, doesn't help the patient stuck in a French hospital for 8 days longer than necessary.
