The worst trade experience ever
The worst trade experience ever. Overpriced, incompetent and very unhelpful customer service. Failed to identify the leak in a leaking pipe despite having uncovered it. Instead, they recommended we do further investigation at huge expense to find the leak. Charging $800/hr for investigation and detection, $1600/hr for concrete cutting of 1m, and $1700 to fix the leak. (leak was subsequently fixed by a different plumber for $400). Do not use these guys ever .
