Not a great experience...
When I first signed up for my photography course it was great, they signed me up super quick however it slowly went down hill from there... The modules weren't assigned correctly and I never got access to the social media part of the course. I had to keep going back to them to get things sorted out. I also find that the tutor doesn't spend enough time following up the students. I have never received even one email or call to say 'hey, how's the course going?' or to even follow up my not submitting any assignments in a number of weeks.. I think the price is ridiculous for the amount of effort they put in, I understand that I should take responsibility for my own learning but taking care of your students and wanting them to succeed should be a thing too right? Also, I submitted an assignment thinking I had understood it after reading the booklet and felt a little attacked and treated a bit like a child by the responses given back via email. It may not have meant to come across like that but it certainly did and now I have ZERO motivation to finish the course at all and quite frankly don't want to pay the remaining balance of the course as I do not want to continue after this experience. Thanks team.
