STAY AWAY!! Take your custom elsewhere. Shambles of a company, we have waited over 5 months for our pre-order of Shining Fates ETBs, we appreciated the delays however in June still nothing. We have now cancelled, which they were quick to do, yet STILL NO REFUND and this is weeks later, no reply to emails, no communication. This company cares about 1 thing and that's your money, once they have that they don't give a damn about their customer service. APPALLING.
