Geen issues, positieve ervaring

3 vluchten gehad met Vietnam airlines (2 internationale, 1 domestic) en enorm goede ervaring. Groot respect van het personeel, goede service, lekkere maaltijden, goede in-flight entertainment. Enige verbetering zou zijn on board wifi. Ook de stoelen gaan langzaamaan terug naar hun rechte positie, dus op een lange vlucht (13u) moet je toch enkele keren terug reclinen, maar dat is een detail.

Skis and sticks damaged - resolved

Ordered new skis and sticks with 50 and 30% discount respectively. Shipment to Belgium. Shipment took a bit long, but they shipped it the wrong way first. After 1,5 week they arrived, but unfortunately the skis and sticks were damaged upon arrival. Had to spent +-50 euros extra to fix the skis. It took 3 mails before getting a response of Speck Sports, but in the end they handled the reparation. Overall a slower than expected, but decent service
