A helpful and friendly company
What a fantastic company this is!! Not only do they have a great range of slimline products but also provide brilliant customer service whether it is an enquiry or a (rare!) complaint. I recently received an order containing a broken item. I messaged and received a reply next day from Nick, who dealt with the matter straight away, apologising and sending me a voucher to cover the cost of the item. Such friendly and professional service - I wish more companies would have such high standards. Thank you Nick and Skinny Foods!
