This is my favorite nail polish website! About half of my nail polish collection was bought through their site, because they carry many indie brands that I love! There are often deals, and they've recently added a sale section for easier discovery. I've never had a problem with shipping: I get a tracking number when I'm supposed to, and packages come with a personalized note in a nice box with foam inserts. Personally, I'm usually spending enough money to qualify on free shipping (I live in the US), and I haven't had problems in need of customer service. I believe their website is clear & clearly explains their item descriptions and shop FAQs. I have and will continue to recommend Live Love Polish.
