Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I will be buying from Truffle Magic again. Once my payment was received, it took approximately 4 weeks for my kits to arrive, which was faster than I expected due to the pandemic and extreme weather. I was unsure about my next steps with my kits, so I sent a message asking a few questions. Within 24 hours I received a reply with detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to let the kits finish growing, harvesting, cleaning, and drying. I feel they stand behind their products and are willing to help however they can to ensure you have an enjoyable experience with their truffles. I highly recommend and will be shopping with them again!
