Service Not good
I bought an item in the sale and was told about the refund policy which I said was ok cos I'd bought the same top in a different colour. When I put it on to wear for the first time my daughter told me it wasn't hanging right at the front so I went back in to the metrocentre store and the girl agreed it wasn't. She said she could order me another online to send to my address but also said I would have to get another top in exchange for that one. I said the top was faulty so could they not order the one online to the store and I could go back in and exchange it when it arrived but was told no. I'm sure when something is faulty you are entitled to a refund, am I right? Also, there were 4 staff at that store, very young, not really interested and standing talking round the till area, not a good look for a company!
