There's more to good service than a cup of coffee.
I had been after a particular watch for some time and when one became available on WoW's website I had it held on deposit and made the journey to Whitby to try it on in person. The sales team were very helpful, the watch was exactly as described and the price was right - sale!! However, overnight the watch presented a fault - one which neither WoW nor I could have anticipated - and I returned to the shop to discuss this: and here is where the 5 stars come in. The watch was examined and we agreed there was a fault. There was no suitable replacement in stock (pre owned = reliance on ad hoc availability) and WoW immediately arranged a refund. Obviously we were all disappointed but WoW's professionalism eased the situation and even though I was returning the watch I was treated with courtesy. Good service is not just about when things go well, it's about how problems are resolved and WoW acted impeccably. I can recommend WoW as an excellent service provider; and I would be very happy to buy from them again should "the watch" come up.
