thank you, umiteasets, for careful and wonderful products. its the third time I ordered - the first time I bought a teaboat and indeed was a bit afraid if all goes well. when the parcel arrived, I was highly surprised for the very careful packing and smooth process. the boat is in daily use making my day always a smile better. the third order just recently, involved an expensive teapot and after only two weeks it arrived in switzerland safely. every request and email when I was too anxious was answered immediately.
