Premier messed up, lost & delayed - Avoid
Everything messed up & delayed. No refund, apology or explanations. Premier Lawyers, offered not a lawyer but a conveyancer, Niomi. Premier Lawyers have been taken off the job in favour of a local firm, SE, as they lost my iD & docs ( both accepted on their faulty websites ), wasted weeks with no replies to the other solicitors & failed to reply to the other solicitors appropriately, merely passing on my notes, as if couriers. They then wanted me to pass my financial documents ( for a second time) to a 3rd party company I had no knowledge of, or relationship with. In addition, they failed to tell me that the buyers were not ready until May. The only estimated date given to me was in early April, never corrected or withdrawn. This left months of uncertainty. Co-op Legal recommended a firm that passed me to this dreadful service. Further to this they have ignored my request to pass on the docs I provided to the new solicitor, or to offer a refund. The service was the same price as a local solicitors. Abysmal - Avoid!
