Course was not worth the money
If you want to know what type of company you are dealing with then please don’t read this review and instead just look at how unprofessional and petty the responses they have made below. It says more about them than my review. It’s like a petty immature person is responding. Disclosing personal information about me/my sick partner in hospital etc to try make me take down this review. They done this out of pettiness and spite for me leaving an honest review. Shameful behaviour forwarded to trading standards and subject access request to be sent due to them breaking GDPR. I will be pursuing legal action if they do not take these replies down that disclose personal details. Wish I had time to look at their course within the terrible 14 day refund period instead of being in hospital with my partner with cancer as they have publicly told everyone in their responses (disgusting they done this). Look at their petty spiteful responses below. Course was not worth the money. Asked for a refund and was told no. Course was absolute fluff nonsense. And to make matters worse they then reply to this review disclosing personal information about me and my family that I do not want public. Very unprofessional and immature. Stay clear. Yes she was in hospital with cancer and I could not go through the course until after the refund term ended (14 days! which is very short compared to other courses). And I lost my job. Exceptional circumstances but they didn’t care less. Only care about getting that 3k fee for the poor quality course. All fluff but they are good marketing it. Just shows the type of company they are. Ruthless compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. The fact they thought this was an acceptable public reply is disgusting. They should not have mentioned my wife or her being sick publicly. That’s private personal information. Completely disgusting and upsetting they would tell everyone this. They done this deliberately to try get me to delete the review but I won’t until I get a refund.
