Avoid this company at any cost
I would have given 0 rating if there was an option. I had one of the worst service experiences with this company and feel obligated to warn others. We were charged $2,439 for air conditioner servicing, but the problem was never resolved. The technician, Ron, assured us that jet cleaning and rejuvenation would fix the issue, so we agreed to proceed. Later, he claimed the entire unit needed to be replaced for $14,000—which we did not agree to. Out of the $2,439, $1,190 was quoted as a charge for equipment to access the roof. However, they never used any equipment, like a harness, and simply used our stairs to access the roof! The rest of the charge was for jet cleaning and rejuvenation, which was completely useless. We eventually replaced the entire air conditioning unit with a brand-new Fujitsu system for under $4,000, including assessment and installation. At the time, I was heavily pregnant and due any day, so we wanted to resolve the issue quickly. Instead, it added unnecessary stress and extra work. When I tried to contact their office to escalate the issue, I was repeatedly ignored via email and phone. After finally getting through, I was directed to a rude customer service representative who seemed trained to deal with upset customers but offered no solutions. He flat-out refused to refund or fix the problem. When I mentioned escalating the matter, he offered me a mere $100 refund—but only on the condition that I drop the complaint. I refused. Later, I discovered this company is notorious for scamming innocent people. It’s shocking that they’re still operating in a country like Australia. Avoid this company at all costs. They lack integrity, overcharge customers, and provide zero accountability.
