Reply to Giordano's failure to acknowledge ownership of the blame and immediately refund my payment.
Dear Giordano Wine I reply to your recent response to my review and state the following. Why do you have to wait for the consignment to be returned to Italy when it technically hasn't left your possession i.e. the consignment hasn't been delivered due to the incompetence of your staff in putting the wrong address details on the package resulting in the package being refused at the address, thus it has never left your control and is in the possession of your courier. The courier company's policy is to return the goods to the sender (your company). This then begs the thought that if your courier loses the package you won't refund the money I paid despite the facts as stated above. The total problem is your fault and not mine, therefore there is absolutely no justifiable reason to withhold the refund for up to 30 days when, because of the blame being totally on your side and the fact that you and/or the courier company have always had possession of the goods, it could and should have been made immediately. Please be advised the 1 star rating would have been 0 but unfortunately that facility is not available.
