Travel Insurance Customer Service
I always used to recommend TID insurance and have been using their insurance products for more than 10 years though never claimed. It is a part of risk management. However my recent experience with TID has been unsatisfactory. Its telephone call waiting is horrible, email response is equally worse. Ironically the prices are not any more competitive. So in terms of value for money, customer services both TID have deteriorated significantly. Insult to injury now I got an automated 'no reply email address' email asking me if I ultimately bought an insurance through TID ? What a nonsense. Instead of sending such emails the marketing people could have done a bit search and thanked instead . Computer is wonderful thing but I am sick of robots. Considering TID is only reseller of a product with such a deterioration of services, value for money and my dissatisfaction level , my next insurance company may not be through TID. Finally what a stupid thing now I have to register with Trust Pilot. Joke.
