Absolutely awful website and customer…

Absolutely awful website and customer service. I had a subscription service which I wanted to pause as I was going up to Scotland to see my grandmother whom I had not seen since before the pandemic. I went into my account and 'paused' my delivery and emailed them on Sunday which they asked. I got no response so logged back on and low-and-behold my subscription had not been paused. I then 'skipped' the delivery to avoid getting charged this month. I then emailed the company again and asked them how to deactivate and cancel my account because it seemed more hassle than it was worth. The website FAQs was not well designed as the the question regarding cancelling was answered by saying you could pause or skip which was not helpful and seemed like a con - they're trying to keep you by not showing you how to leave. I then received an email back saying they had skipped my delivery which a) was a lie because I had done it in the morning not them and b) they avoided telling me how I could deactivate and cancel my account which was my whole enquiry. Very, very poor service.
