Ordered KFC at 6pm through OD…

Ordered KFC at 6pm through OD portsmouth, took 1 and a half hours to be delivered. At 6.50 I received a txt advising they needed to collect from a different KFC due to no bacon. 7.30 still no delivery. Called franchise manager who also turned out to be making the delivery. No apology just ramblings about how his time had been wasted. Asked why he didn't call to advise and change/cancel the order..his response was "he should have cancelled the order from the start to save his time being wasted" once the franchise manager arrived there was no apology, on a requesting a refund or some kind of compensation again He walked away giving excuses about KFC. There is a level of customer service expected regardless of whose fault as I purchased through One Delivery Portsmkuth they are responsible for my customer satisfaction. We have used portsmouth one delivery multiple times and based on past experience we never expect our food particularly quickly however this time delays along with appalling customer service is the last straw and we will not order again or recommend
