Wait times were obscene, no actual legal representatives available to take calls - senior case workers are just customer service advisors so can't offer any response or advice on your conveyancing issues. We have paid over £2,000 more in interest due to their incompetence and delays. No one cares that you are losing your mind, and money - you just get to sit in a queue for 2 weeks at a time for someone to say "we've received your e-mail' AVOID AT ALL COSTS
