Still no refund – disappointing and unprofessional experience
I am very reluctant to write a negative review as I believe in giving businesses a fair chance to deliver on their promises. Unfortunately, Dentakay has failed to meet a basic agreement and I feel I must share my experience. I paid a £50 deposit for a consultation but later chose not to proceed. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 2 to 10 days. That conversation took place on 30 May 2025, and today is 13 June 2025, well over two weeks later, and I am still waiting for the refund. Throughout this time, I have had to chase repeatedly. On 3 June, I followed up again and was told the refund was "being processed." On 5 June, I was again reassured that the refund would be sent and that “bank transfers can take some time.” It is now well beyond any reasonable timeframe, and I am still £50 out of pocket. This experience raises serious concerns about trust and professionalism. I am disappointed not just by the delay but also by the lack of follow-through. A small refund like this should not be so difficult or time-consuming. If Dentakay resolves this promptly, I will update my review, but as things stand, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
