Eurostar Luggage Delivery is perhaps the best service I have ever used, period. Not simply for their reliability and value, but for their transparency, simplicity and customer service. Oftentimes, if I am worried, I call and am never waiting on hold. I spoke with Christina and she was amazing, making sure that all the information was correct, reassuring me about the delivery and pickup, and most of all, being incredibly patient and kind. If you are ever thinking about sending anything, look no further. They are as exemplary as they come, and I wish all other companies took a leaf out of their book!
