Ordered 2 pcr tests and no results…
Ordered 2 pcr and 2 antigen tests all for fit to fly, results and certificates for the antigen tests came through within minutes of uploading results. We are now on day 5 from posting the pcr tests which I paid £30 extra to receive the results within 12 hours and still have not received the results or certificate. I am so glad I ordered the antigen tests or my husband and I would not have been able to go on our cruise. Awful service
