You wait a week for a call but if you make any mistake and miss it you have to wait for another.
I called today to ask about the appointment time they had set and I found out something unbelievable that suprised me as I could never imagine that there exists a paid company that treats its paid customers so unprofessionaly. So they said that if they call for an appointment and I miss the call, I won't be able to call back in let's say 10 minutes and my only choice will be to reschedule. These people say they give unlimited advice before they take your money and when you pay the £29 for subscription you find out that for every question you have to wait for almost a week. And if you for any reason miss the call you have to wait for another. If I didn't feel that I wasted my money after being deceived about how their services work, I would laugh so hard as it's amazingly funny to see them appearing as service providers...
