A Review About a Review! (Order #289639)
A review about a review! At the beginning of April I left a 1* review about my poor experience with order #289639, and the subsequent lack of customer service. On the 9th April someone named Dominic replied to my review making all sorts of platitudes and stating in writing that "We’d really like to put this right. If you're open to it, we will reach out to you directly so a senior member of the team can personally assist you and see if we can get your order resent back out to you." Alas two weeks later and there is no sign whatsoever of a senior member of Nutricircle reaching out to me, offering personal assistance, or getting the original order resent. Yes, if everything goes according to plan with your order I'm sure a 5* review is warranted. However in the event of an issue it seems, yes, Nutricircle will reply on Trustpilot with all sorts of promises to put things right. The reality is nothing more than empty words! I must conclude that Nutricircles's comments on negative reviews are nothing more than a cynical attempt to appear caring which couldn't be further from the truth!
