changelly stole 100k $ from me
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent transaction made through your platform. My uncle transferred Ethereum to me, which I swapped using my Exodus wallet via Changelly. However, the funds have been put on hold, and I was requested to complete identity verification, which I have already done successfully. The issue is that I was also asked to provide identity verification for my uncle, which is neither logical nor legally compliant, as he did not interact directly with your platform. He only transferred the cryptocurrency to me, and I am the one conducting the exchange on Changelly. Requiring a third party, who has no direct relationship with your service, to submit KYC documents is both unreasonable and a violation of privacy. I kindly ask you to either proceed with releasing the funds to my verified account or refund the transaction back to the original wallet. I trust that Changelly, as a reputable platform, will act in accordance with fair business practices and resolve this matter promptly. Looking forward to your urgent response. Best regards,
