Do not trust this test
Do not trust this test, the results for food sensitivities are wholly inaccurate. After eliminating gluten from my diet (after a negative coeliac specific test) and finding vast improvement upon doing so and being told by my Dr it is still possible to have an intolerance this test showed no intolerance to any food containing gluten or fructans. It did show a severe reaction to rice and maize. I had been eating rice several times a day for the prior 4-5 days before receiving the results with no adverse effects as well as having no ill effect when using corn flour as a replacement for standard gluten containing flours for pancakes and sauces. Upon receiving the results I thought I would put them to the test since they were vastly different to what I expected. I had white bread in the morning since the test showed zero sensitivity and within hours I had a reaction. Since I haven’t continued eating gluten things have settled down. Complete waste of money and essentially threw a spanner in the works for what the plan was to find out about any other sensitivities I have that may cause IBS flare ups. Quickly decided to ignore the results. A major red flag looking back is that they seem to have had 80% off every single day I looked at the website despite saying it is a limited time offer with a count down until the “sale” ends.
