Horrible customer service
We drove quite a distance to pick up an Easter meal that we ordered in advance. We paid an additional $12.99 for Mac n cheese, and it was not in the order when we picked it up even though it showed clearly on the receipt. I called them as soon as we got home, and noticed it was missing. They said my only option was to return to the restaurant with my receipt and pick it up. I asked for a refund since they're so far from my home, and they said they cannot give refunds. I didn't even get an apology from them, even though it was their mistake. They didn't seem to care one way or another. Horrible customer service!
