No way to cancel, be careful!
I have been a customer for over 10 years, I have tried to cancel my subscription 4 times now and cannot get through to anyone, I have now sat on hold for and hour and 23 minutes, also at the same time on chat as they suggest on their website and on all of these reviews. No one has responded to my chat over an hour ago and seems you only respond to these reviews!!! you can't change your credit card (only update to another one, that is not ok!) more to come as legal action is needed, so many reviews saying the same thing!! Are you serious! You answer me with the same chat on your website and the same customer service phone number on your website and neither one is ever reachable. I have tried four times in four months so you putting that on there for every response when people say, this is a crock of shit. How about that response!
