The delivery was fine but after emailing you within 5mins of placing the order I cancelled the order but it was still delivered. When I spoke to your company about returning the rug doctor I was told it would cost 30% of the cost for a price of £71+ I think that this a total rip off and I would NOT recommend this company for this reason
