Completely dissatisfied
Completely dissatisfied with this company. Not an only not within the time frame but kept us waiting for 5 and a half hours til 9.30 at night. Complete waste of time and money. Charged a call out fee of $141.90 and didn’t even send a specialised person for the job and the proceeded to quote us $2049 for a complete rejuvenation of the air con unit which is fine just needed a re-gas. Completely scammed and despite 3 attempts to retrieve our call out fee it was refused. Not what was advertised and do not value customer service at all
