Customer service/ rewards team
I spoke with customer service person on 4th jan and she was very helpful. As requested she called me back. She tried her best to help me to resolve the issue. Not happy with Covau Energy’s services. It’s been more than 1.5 years we are with Covau and they are not able to resolve the issue for using rewards. Each time they say it’s 10-14 days for the rewards team to contact and the issue is never resolved.
