Generally good
Generally good. Dropped a star as they let things slip after an offer was accepted on the property I was buying and they perhaps felt their work was done. Needed to be chased constantly in that respect. When the property I was selling actually received an offer they were very good. Before that when there was a shortage of interest in the property they seemed to forget I existed for a month.
