Disappointing Product and Support
I purchased the Zima Go after a great experience with two Zima Dental Pods, but this product was a major disappointment. Despite following all instructions, it failed to clean effectively—my son’s night guard still had a lingering odor. After just two uses, the lid wouldn’t close properly, and the unit stopped turning on altogether. I emailed customer support back and forth over 7 times over 11 days. Instead of honoring the 30-day money-back guarantee advertised on their website, they repeatedly directed me to fill out a warranty form—requiring me to upload a video of the defective product. They offered a 20% refund if I kept the non-functional item and explained that returns are treated as electronic waste. When I declined the partial refund, they circled back again to the warranty process. I’m well within the return window, but they still refuse to honor their policy. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
