Subscribed for over a year, but not anymore
Have had a subscription for over a year now. The cats were absolutely loving it. Now they've changed the recipe adding tapioca they say. But the food smells funny and is now in a more solid jelly. The cats won't go near it. It's was also advertised for years as British and good for the environment. It's now made in thailand which is cheaper in production costs but your still paying the same price. They've also had stock issues for a long time not having multiple recipes, when emailed asking when stock would be back I got told to just move the date of the box. (Not useful when. I've already moved it multiple times due to other shortages. The last 2 or 3 boxes as well were delivered late with no message but money took out straight away. Have emailed so hopefully they provide
