Disappointing Customer Service

I've had such a disappointing experience with Zima's service. Sent me a device that has never turned on since day one--so I have no idea how well it works. My comments are strictly pertaining to their poor service. Had to jump through bothersome hoops to convince them rather than just letting me send it back, including creating a video, to get them to stand behind it. Finally, they promised to send me a replacement in recognition that it did not work and told me in an email that their standard processing time is 1-2 working days. That was on April 20. After reaching out to them again to see what was happening, 16 days later on May 2 they said it is on the way. But when I clicked on the tracking number on May 5, UPS has not yet received it. I have asked to just get a refund and be done with it but up to this point they have not complied with that. All along the way I have had to initiate the conversations to see if the process is moving forward. Their service in this case has been delayed, frustrating, and feels sadly dishonest all the way around.
