Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost, customer service is straight up lying when politely asked where parcel is and when it is being delivered. This is after a 45min waiting time on the phone.. The tracking is also not working and is not based on anything that is correlated to the real world. They know about this when asked, but still let you sit home and wait for the day.. Use a different shipping company and save yourself the hassle.
